Today was quite tough to stay away from food. My mother in law came around with some cumsquat cake and zucchini dish- and that's what I felt like.
We also picked up some takeaway coffee from my favourite cafe for my partner, his mum and his brother. I was the one who went inside and the smell of the coffee and all the food (mostly raw and organic) behind the glass made me WANT it all.
I must say the taste of the lemonade does become a bit bland and boring after six days....
This morning I have been looking up tasty meal ideas from an iPhone app called "Garden Plate". I'm honestly excited about being able to experience eating again... Good eating... Food that I now feel worthy for.
At this stage I also would like to recommend a documentary as well, which is very inspiring. My wonderful and amazing sister has brought me on to that one, I watched it on day 4 and it gave me some much needed inspiration.
It's called "Sick, Fat and nearly dead". It's about an Australian guy, who was very very obese and with many health problems. He went on a juicing fast and the results for his health and the way he inspired others to follow suit are just amazing.
